Perishable Goods Policy

As our chocolates are perishable, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

✅ The product arrives damaged or melted due to a packaging or shipping error.
✅ The incorrect product was received (wrong item or missing items).
✅ The product is defective (e.g., broken seal, expired on arrival).

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the affected product(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

❌ Change of mind or personal taste preference
❌ Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided
❌ Delays caused by courier services or customs clearance (unless the product is damaged upon arrival)
❌ Products that have been opened or consumed (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please email our support team at info@chocvoyage.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and respond within 48hours.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If a replacement is issued, we will ship the new product at no extra cost.

  • In cases where a refund cannot be processed, we may offer a store credit instead.
