1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across the UK.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

• Standard shipping is expected within 2-4 days.

• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Warm-Weather Shipping Policy

• During warmer months, we may include insulated packaging to prevent melting.

• We may delay shipping if exceptionally hot weather is forecasted

5. Tracking & Order Updates

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your order using the provided courier link.

• If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at info@chocvoyage.com

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

• If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your local post office.

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date so we can assist.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

7. Returns & Damaged Shipments

• Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns.

• If your chocolates arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and packaging for review. (See our Refund Policy for more details.)
